"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

I haven't uploaded anything yet, but I do have an idea for a story that I was planning to write. I'm a terribly slow writer, though, so don't be disappointed if you don't see it up any time soon. >_>
As for art, I don't have a scanner, so there's really not much I can do. I suppose I could make some sort of digital art, but... I have absolutely no talent at any kind of art at all, so that's probably not a good idea. >_>
